Tips on how get the massage that you want!

2~ If you are getting to know your therapist and enjoy catching up, that can be fun as well. Conversations can allow you to turn your brain off and allow your body to relax as well. Let your therapist know if some sessions you are in the mood to talk and others, quiet time is best.

5~ Always let your therapist know if something is uncomfortable, whether its the pressure, the music or temperature of the treatment room.
